Spicy Southwest Black Bean Salad

A quick and easy recipe that can be used as a side dish or add some spinach or kale and you have a delicious healthy salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 4 tomatoes on the vine, chopped and insides removed
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 serrano pepper finely chopped
- 1/3-1/2 bunch of cilantro, de-stemmed
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 lime
-1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- Seasonings: seasoning salt, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder - *optional* jalapenos for some extra heat or to replace serrano pepper


Directions: Combine all ingredients and stir! Season to taste. Serve immediately or chilled.
